Photato is currently in early public beta testing which basically means it's certainly worth giving it a try, but please expect to experience some problems. When you do there are three things you can do:
- Check the FAQ below. These will be fairly thin on the ground to start with, but will evolve over time as more and more people use the add-in and ask the same questions.
- If your question isn't answered in the FAQ, try searching the Support Forum for an answer or at least see if you're in good company. If someone hasn't already documented the problem please help us out by creating a discussion topic yourself. It really will aid us to have the problems listed and it'll help prioritise the fixes.
- Lastly, if all the above fails, you can try to reach us on email at photato.beta@armchairware.com. Please be patient when emailing us, we are working hard on developing Photato but we'll try to get back to you within two working days.
